Return & Refund Policy

At NDCC Agro Seedx, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality agricultural seeds, gardening products, fertilizers, pesticides, and related items. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is defective or unusable upon delivery.
The item received does not match your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used seed packets.
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
Products with damaged or missing original packaging caused by the customer.
Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Perishable or time-sensitive agricultural products where return is not feasible.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

Your Order ID.
Clear photographs of the product.
Photographs of the package (if damaged).
A brief description of the issue.

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the request being declined.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team with your Order ID and issue details.
Our team will review your request.
If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:

The wrong product was shipped.
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is found to be defective.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

8. Seed Performance Disclaimer

Agricultural seeds are living products, and their performance depends on several factors beyond our control, including:

Soil conditions
Climate and weather
Irrigation
Farming practices
Fertilizer usage
Pest and disease management
Storage conditions after delivery

For this reason, NDCC Agro Seedx does not offer refunds or replacements based on germination percentage, crop yield, or agricultural performance, unless required by applicable law or where a manufacturing defect is established.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or damaged product).
If a return is approved for reasons not attributable to NDCC Agro Seedx, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
